Ross Alabo-George is a seasoned Earth Observation and Geospatial Systems executive with over two decades of experience delivering technology-driven solutions across environmental management, sustainable land use, and climate-smart agriculture in Africa.

He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Proxy Logics Limited, where he has led pioneering advancements in digital mapping and geospatial intelligence, positioning the firm at the forefront of mobile mapping innovation in Nigeria.

Ross has directed and supported high-impact, multi-stakeholder initiatives in collaboration with institutions including the World Bank, African Development Bank, Economic Community of West African States, and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency. His portfolio spans national environmental sensitivity mapping, marine spatial designation frameworks, regional LIDAR infrastructure surveys, and large-scale agricultural land digitization programmes across West Africa.
