The Protect Earth Net hosted Acrossatlantic_ at the PEN office in Abuja as we deepened our partnership to participate at a United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) sponsored inter-governmental Negotiating Committee (INC-4) scheduled to take place from April 23-April 29, 2024, in Ottawa Canada to lend our voice towards establishing a legally binding Instrument on plastic pollution including the marine environment. We will join other delegates especially from Africa to present a common front at the Sessions.
